OUR FEATURED STAR

Leo

Donations badly needed to get Leo on track

Leo located in Austin, Texas has spent most of his short life chained outside, fed only occasionally, deprived of water and given little attention. When rescued he was a bag of bones with his collar growing into his neck, fortunately the wound is slowly healing.

Spay and Neuter Your Pets

Why it is so important.

Do you want your pets offspring to be euthanized in an animal shelter? Of course NOT! So, protect your pet and their potential offspring by having them spayed or neutered.

People are surprised to learn that MILLIONS of cats and dogs, kittens and puppies are killed each year in animal shelters. Some think that these are animals born in the streets or there is something "wrong" with them. But often they are the offspring of cherished family pets, even purebreds. Efforts to find enough good homes often fail. Protect your pet and spay or neuter him.

Homeless animals are being euthanized everyday because there are more dogs and cats entering shelters than there are people willing to give them loving homes. Even if you do find homes for your pet's puppies or kittens, there are fewer homes available for pets from shelters. Spay/neuter is the only permanent, responsible action for your pet.
